Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter is to inform you that AT&T Broadband plans to increase the current charge for
its Spice and Spice 2 adult Pay-Per-View services. Pay-Per-View programming is an
optional service whereby customers may voluntarily order movies or events individually
at a set charge. Customers are informed of the associated price for the Pay-Per-View
programming selected prior to placing an order.
Effective July 1, 2001, the price change for each movie or event ordered on the following
Pay-Per-View services will be:
Spice will increase from $6.99 to $7.99
Spice 2 will increase from $6.99 to $7.99
Legal notice of these changes was provided in the Greeley Tribune on June 1, 2001.
Customers that subscribe to our Digital Cable Service will receive a message on their
Digital Cable Terminal.
