This letter is being written to convey to the county our intention(s)for the property located at 8275 W.C.R. 54. We
request the following options for the present residence be granted:
A. The residence could become part of the business as an office or retail area
or
B. The house could be used for employee housing.
We have included on the plot map a building envelope for a future residence. This residence,when built,will
comply with existing Building and Environmental Health Codes. This will be our personal residence.
We request that you allow both(2 )residences to be located on the property;one will be for business use and the
other for our personal residence.
