RESOLUTION
RE: GRANTING PERMISSION TO WILLIAM A. AND SYLVIA A. MOORE TO USE
CERTAIN WELD COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS TO
THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, RANGE
63 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , IN WELD COUNTY, COLORADO,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, William A. and Sylvia A. Moore have requested
permission to use certain road right-of-ways for ingress and
egress to the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 4 North,
Range 63 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, after considering said request, the Board of County
Commissioners finds that said applicants should be given permis-
sion to use Weld County road right-of-way on County Road #46
between Roads 61 and 63 and further, use Weld County right-of-way
on Road 63 for one-half mile north of County Road #46 in order to
gain ingress and egress to the Northeast Quarter of Section 7 ,
Township 4 North, Range 63 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, permission is specifically granted on the condition
that neither Weld County nor the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, shall be in any way responsible for the
maintenance of the rights-of-way granted, to the applicants under
this Resolution. The applicants have further agreed, as a condi-
tion to this Resolution, to indemnify and hold harmless the Board
of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for any accidents
or mishaps that may occur on the rights-of-way covered by this
Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado, that William A. and Sylvia A.
Moore are hereby given permission to use Weld County road right-of-
way on County Road #46 between Roads 61 and 63 and further, use of

Weld County right-of-way on Road 63 for one-half mile north of
County Road #46 in order to gain ingress and egress to the
Northeast Quarter of Section 7 , Township 4 North, Range 63 West
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that permission is specifically granted
on the conditions stated hereinabove.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of
June , A.D. , 1983.
