That is correct. Currently, the property (known as Enviro-Cycle, LLC) is in compliance with their
Development Standards pertaining to the Dept. of Planning Services, however, at this time, our violation
will remain open due to the revocation of the Use by Special Review by the Board of County
Commissioners at the Show Cause hearing. Additionally, I do not know if all issues have been resolved
with the Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment (which would as well violate the
USR). Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. If you have any additional questions, please do not

Thank you for getting back with me on Monday August
13, 2001. This email is to confirm our conversation
on that moming. It is my understanding that Enviro
Cycle LLC is as of this time in complete compliance
with the Weld County Planning Department. The letter
dated May 7, 2001, covers all of the minor changes
Enviro Cycle has made, and that the planning
department is satisfied. It is my understanding that
the Weld County planning is not requiring any further
action on my part. If any part of this is incorrect
please let me know. Thank you for your time in this
matter.
