M o RE: APPROVAL OF CORRECTION TO SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 222 -

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
o 3 affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
vosw WHEREAS, on September 5 , 1984 , the Board did, by Resolution,
% approve Subdivision Exemption No. 222 for Dan Blake, and
WHEREAS, minor errors have been located in the legal
,"'„ P4 descriptions submitted in connection with this Subdivision
Exemption, and
x WHEREAS, the legal descriptions of the created parcels should
