RE: Zoning Request for the Dillon Annexation

In compliance with the provisions of Sech'on 17-43of the Fiederick Municipal Code,
enclosed please find a copy of the Notice of Public Hearing and description of the lands
proposed for a new subdivision. The lands for the proposed new subdivision are located
adjacent to Weld County Road 20 and the west I-25 Frontage Road.

Notice of Public Hearing
The Board of Trustees of the Town of Frederick will hold a Public Hearing
on Thursday May 10, 2001. The hearing begins at 7:30 p.m. and is held at
401 Locust Street Frederick Colorado in the Board Chambers. The purpose
of the hearing will be to review the Zoning request for the property owned
by the Dillon Partnership. The requested Zoning of the property is PUD
BLI/R-1.
Any interested person may attend the hearing and give comment.
Application materials are available for inspection in the office of the Town
Clerk, 401 Locust Street, Frederick, Colorado 80530.
