In our continuing effort to keep you informed, this is to notify you that AT&T Broadband will be
implementing certain changes to our service prices in Weld County effective February 1, 2001. We have
attached a copy of the revised pricing structure for your reference.'
Our commitment to our customers is to offer the best products with th, .ighe.4 level of service and
reliability. This price increase will enable us to continue to invest in st ,-of-the-art technology as we
strive to deliver the very best in picture quality and uninterrupted service.
Legal notice of these changes will be published in the Denver Rocky Mountain News on January 2, 2001.
In addition,customers will receive a direct mail piece approximately two weeks before the new prices
become effective.

Effective with March bills,AT&T Broadband will make the following price changes in the
communities listed below. The service price increases reflect updated inflation, applicable
franchise related costs and programming fees, among other factors.

pricing stricture, the terms and conditions of such separate arrangements will apply.
