Subject: Asphalt Paving Company—Case# AmUSR-921
The following comments are made in response to the above noted site plan review. The Uniform Fire
Code, 1997 Edition, and other codes and standards referenced within the Fire Codes as adopted by the
Weld County Commissioners,governs these comments and resulting requirements.
General Comments:
1. Prior to construction of the Asphalt Batch Plant, plans for same shall be submitted to the Fire
District for approval.
2. Two means of access to the site shall be maintained, with a minimum width of 24 feet
unobstructed.
