RE: GRANT REQUEST FROM SCOTT AND SUSAN BUSKER TO PRE-ADVERTISE SITE
SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1356
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Scott and Susan Busker, 7678 Weld
County Road 17, Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621, for pre-advertisement of an application for a
Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit#1356 for an Agricultural Service
Establishment and Livestock Confinement Operation (1,450-head dairy, with two additional
mobile homes as accessory to the farm) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, and
WHEREAS, said property is described as the N1/2 of the SW1/4 of Section 28,
Township 2 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, after study and review the Board deems it advisable to grant said request,
with the hearing date to be set as December 5, 2001, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the request from Scott and Susan Busker for pre-advertisement of
an application for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit #1356 for an
Agricultural Service Establishment and Livestock Confinement Operation (1,450-head dairy,
with two additional mobile homes as accessory to the farm) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District
be, and hereby is, granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the hearing date to consider said
request be, and hereby is, set as December 5, 2001, at 10:00 a.m.

COLORADO SUBJECT: Request for Preadvertisement
Scott and Susan Busker have submitted a request that the application for Use by Special Review
Permit #1356, which will be heard by the Planning Commission on November 20, 2001, be
preadvertised. If you wish to approve this request, a hearing before the Board on December 5,
2001, will allow adequate time for advertising.
