RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES
FOR NORTH COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Trustees for North Colorado
Medical Center, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Don Cummins be appointed to said board,
to replace Mary Henneck, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Donald Feldhaus and Brian Larson be
reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Don Cummins to said board, with
his term to expire January 13, 2004, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Donald Feldhaus and Brian
Larson to said board, with their terms to expire January 13, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Don Cummins be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board of
Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center, with his term to expire January 13, 2004.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Donald Feldhaus and Brian Larson be,
and hereby are, reappointed to the Board of Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center, with
their terms to expire January 13, 2004.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 15th day of January, A.D., 2001.
