Staff has determined that Briggsdale Grain Inc., may submit a letter in writing asking to amend the existing USR 753 permit boundary to exclude the parcel identified on the Assessor's map as 0545 28 000018. With the exclusion of the previously described parcel, Briggsdale Grain Inc., is eligible to apply for a Recorded Exemption to split off the parcel that has been amended out. Please note, the non- conforming use of the land designation would not expire with the approval of a Recorded Exemption. A new Use by Special Review permit would be required for any use associated with this parcel.
