Staff determined that this was not a substantial change to the existing permit and approved your request. • Unbeknownst to the Department of Planning Services',Jay Andreasen submitted three(3) Building Permit applications for the above referenced facility : BC-0100142 Demolition of existing office & replace with a new loading dock (approximately 1188 sf) to include a new overhead door according to plans provided. Electric'not included; BC-0100143 358 sf wood frame addition on slab & 350 sf remodel of commercial produce warehouse for break room - includes remodel existing bathroom to include addition of (1) unisex stall. Electric, plumbing, and heat included; • • • BC-0100144 2060 sf wood frame w/brick veneer addition to existing warehouse on 889 sf unfinished basement, to include office space, restrooms, conference room. Electric, plumbing, and heating included. O • The Department of Building Inspection requested the Department of Planning Services to review the proposed renovations to the existing structures. Staff determined that the proposal did not constitute a substantial change to the original application, however, staff directed the applicant to submit a letter detailing the proposed renovations as out lined in Building Permits BC-0100142 through and including BC-0100144. Mr. Fagerberg or his associate shall provide staff with an updated Overall Site Plan delineating all on-site modifications including proposed and /or future development for this facility. Staff has requested the informational letter outlined above be submitted to this office prior to March 19, 2001, with the updated "Overall Site Plan" for the facility to be submitted prior to having the renovations being/`Finaled" by the Department of Building Inspection. The Overall Site Plan shall be a scaled drawing delineating all activities associated with this facility drawn to an engineered scale and placed on mylar suitable for recording. The mylar shall be titled, Overall Site Plan, Use by Special Review No. USR 786, with the legal description centered below this text. - The Departments of Planning Services and Building Inspection desires to work with you and your contractor as the permit process proceeds.
