Pursuant to Section 39-1-110 (1) , C.R. S . , this is to notify
you that the Hunter Hill Metropolitan District No. 1 and Hunter
Hill Metropolitan District No. 2 , which were organized on
November 8, 2000 , intend to levy a tax for tax year 2001 ,
collectable in 2002 .
This is to further notify you that the Division of Local
Government is in receipt of the Districts' boundary maps and
descriptions, and approved Service Plans, as reflected by the
enclosed certifications .
