TO BE ATTACHED TO and form a part of Bond No. 158 425 466 issued by American
Casualty Company of Reading, Pennsylvania, as Surety, on behalf of Weld County
Employees (Sea: Rider Attached to Original Bond), of Greeley, Colorado, hereinafter referred to
as the Principal, ai id in favor of Weld County of Greeley, Colorado, hereinafter referred to as
the Obligee, in Vie sum of(See rider attached to original bond for individual amounts),
effective the 1" day of January, 1997.
NOW, THEREFOl tE, it is agreed that The following will be added to the bond as an additional
employee:
