RE: DONATION TO AMBULANCE SERVICE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the Board of County Commissioners,
in the event that donations are received, that they be received
formally by the Board of County Commissioners, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Ambulance Service has received a
donation of TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($25. 00) from Mrs. Esther Sandberg
and family and the Harold Sandberg family in memory of Stanley
Sandberg, and
WHEREAS, the donation to the Weld County Ambulance Service
is to be used for the benefit of the employees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the above mentioned do-
nation is received and that it can be used for the purpose recom-
mended by the Director of Ambulance Service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that a copy of this
Resolution along with a letter of thanks be forwarded to Mrs.
Esther Sandberg and family and the Harold Sandberg family.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of
October, A.D. , 1982 .
