Township 2 North, Range 65 West, 6th PM Section 35: E/2 Weld County, CO Planning Department In regards to the referenced case, this is to notify the Weld County Planning Department that HS Gathering, LLC ("HSG") owns and operates one four inch natural gas pipeline that is situated within the boundaries of the proposed development. From the plans received by "HSG"it appears that the Sparboe Horizon Corporation's construction of the five new turkey houses will encroach upon "HSG"'s natural gas pipeline. The encroachment will occur between turkey houses 14 and 15, as a connecting `hallway' will be built between the two houses, on top of the easement and pipeline. Said construction will obstruct access to the pipeline which is expressly prohibited in"HSG"'s right-of-way grant covering the pipeline. Please be advised that any activity on"HSG"'s right-of-ways is absolutely prohibited, and any approval plan concerning the proposed development must consider HSG's rights (and safety need) to access the pipeline.Also, it is imperative that a copy of HSG's Right-of-Way Grants be included, and easements depicted, with all future development plans,to ensure that prospective purchasers have knowledge of the existence and specific locations of HSG's pipelines.
