RE: APPROVE AUTHORIZATION FOR CREDIT CARD FROM WELLS FARGO CARD
SERVICE AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Authorization for a Credit Card
between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Accounting Department, and the Wells Fargo
Card Services, with terms and conditions being as stated in said authorization, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said authorization, a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Authorization for a Credit Card between the County of Weld,
State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on
behalf of the Accounting Department, and Wells Fargo Card Services be, and hereby is,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said authorization.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 4th day of April, A.D., 2001.

I hereby certify that I am the Clerk to the Board of the above named
County which is properly organized and existing under the laws of the State of
Colorado; that the following is a true and correct copy of a certain resolution
adopted at a lawful and valid meeting; or by unanimous written consent of the
Board of County Commissioners on 04/04/2001 ; that such resolutions
have not been rescindad, modified or amended, and are now in full force and
effect; and that such resolutions appear in the minute book of the County of
Weld.
"Resolved, that any (one, two, etc.) one of the following
are hereby authorized on behalf of the County of Weld to obtain credit from
Wells Fargo Card Services on such terms and in such amounts as such officer
or officers may determine and to execute and deliver its credit card agreements
and other instruments and obligation of every kind evidencing the indebtedness:"

(If any special combination of signatures is to be required, other resolutions
should specifically so provide)
"Resolved, that all similar resolutions previously delivered to Wells
Fargo Card Services shall be deemed rescinded and cancelled effective upon
delivery to Wells Fargo Card Services of a certified copy of these new resolutions
and upon notation by Wells Fargo Card Services of receipt of such copy upon
Wells Fargo Card Service's copy of the previously delivered resolutions. The
authority granted herein shall continue until written notification of termination or
modification shall be received by Wells Fargo Card Services and noted upon
Wells Fargo Card Services certified copy of these resolutions."

individuals.
