RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR THE COUNTY TREASURER TO CANCEL COUNTY
CERTIFICATE NO. 671 OF THE 1975 TAX SALE FOR THE 1974 ,
1975, 1976 AND 1977 TAXES ENDORSED THEREON.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Treasurer has requested authori-
zation to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate No. 671 of the
1975 tax sale for the 1974, 1975, 1976 and 1977 taxes endorsed
thereon on improvements only in the West Half, Northeast Quarter
of Section 19, Township 6 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. ,
Weld County, Colorado. The improvements were sold at a bank-
ruptcy sale in 1977 and the improvements have been removed
from the premises and cannot be located and are no longer being
assessed, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado deems it to be in the best interests of Weld County
to cancel said Tax Sale Certificate as requested by the Weld
County Treasurer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Weld County Treasurer
be, and hereby is, authorized to cancel County Tax Sale Certifi-
cate No. 671 of the 1975 tax sale for the 1974, 1975, 1976 and
1977 taxes endorsed thereon.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 5th day of
May, A.D. , 1980.

Dear Sirs:
County Certificate No. 671 of the 1975 tax sale was issued
to the County for the taxes of 1974 and the 1975, 1976 and 1977
taxes have been endorsed thereon on Imps only WINE14 Sec 19 T6
R66, and as the Imps were sold at a Bankrupcy sale in 1977 and
the Imps have been removed from the premises and are unable to
locate them and they are no longer being assessed, I, therefore,
request a resolution authorizing the County Treasurer to cancel
County Certificate No. 671 of the 1975 tax sale.
