RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN PRO-TEM TO SIGN MOUNTAIN BELL
INSTALLATION ACCEPTANCE CERTIFICATE
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, installation of a new telephone system has been
completed by Mountain Bell, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Communications for Weld County,
Colorado has recommended that said system be accepted and that
the Chairman Pro-Tem be authorized to sign a Mountain Bell
installation acceptance certificate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Chairman Pro-Tem
be, and hereby is, authorized to sign the Mountain Bell instal-
lation acceptance certificate.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
May, A.D. , 1980.
