RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 800 - RONALD EARHART
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 2nd day of November, 1983 , considered the re-
quest of Ronald Earhart to place a mobile home to be used as a
principal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone
District, on a parcel of land more particularly described as
follows:
Part of the SWa, Section 13 , Township
4 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. ,
Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub-
ject to the following conditions: 1) the applicant shall apply
for a building permit for the mobile home within thirty days
from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners;
2) upon occupancy of the mobile home the school house shall
cease to be used as a residence on this lot; and 3) the mobile
home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant
has complied with Condition #1 above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Ronald
Earhart to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwell-
ing on the above described parcel of land, which was found to
be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section
43 , be, and hereby is, granted subject to the conditions as
above listed.

Legal Description of Parcel: Part of the SW4, Sec. 13, T4N, R66W of the 6th
P.M. , Weld County, CO.
Location: 3 miles southwest of LaSalle, north of Weld County Road 44 and West
of Weld County Road 351.
The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the reasons:

X Be in harmony with the character of the neighborhood
X Adversely affect the immediate area
X Be adequately served by water and sewage disposal
facilities
X Adversely affect the general health, safety and

COMMENTS: The Department of Planning Services has not received any objections
regarding this request.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is
conditional upon:
1 . The applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile home within
thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County
Commissioners.
2. Upon occupancy of the mobile home the school house shall cease to be used
as a residence on this lot.
3. The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant
has complied with Condition 1 above.

To: The Department of Planning Services,
We are requesting a zoning permit to place a mobile
home on our property. It will be for use during medical
hardship.
At the present time, we are living in a third story
apartment and find this too much of a strain on both my
wife and myself. We are both under a Doctors care for heart
conditions, and trying to climb 39 stairs everyday is
becoming much too strenuous.
The only portion of the application not submitted
here today is regarding the septic system. We have been
in touch with the Health Department and they have assured
us the system will be quite adequate. They said they would
get in touch with you for confermation. . e have also descussed
this with the plumber who will be putting in the water line
and hooking up to the septic tank , and he has assured us
the same.
I believe everything else is in order for you to proceed
with our request. We thank you for your consideration.
