A public hearing was conducted on July 11, 2001, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated June 22, 2001, and duly published June 27, 2001,
in the Tri-Town Farmer and Miner,a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Brian
and Kathy Williamson for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit
#1331 for an indoor arena (personal training and boarding)that exceeds four percent(4%)of the
total lot area of a lot in a recorded subdivision in the A(Agricultural)Zone District. Lee Morrison,
Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Chris Gathman, Department of Planning
Services, requested a continuance to July 25,2001,at 10:00 a.m., in order to meet the sign posting
requirements.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Jerke moved to continue the request of Brian and Kathy Williamson for a Site
Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit#1331 for an indoor arena(personal
training and boarding) that exceeds four percent (4%) of the total lot area of a lot in a recorded
subdivision in the A (Agricultural)Zone District, to July 25, 2001, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was
seconded by Commissioner Long, and it carried unanimously.
