Home My WebLink About800877.tiff RESOLUTION RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN TO SIGN AMENDED PLAT CONCERNING ALLISON FARM SUBDIVISION - FIRST FILING. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Department of Planning Services has informed the Board of County Commissioners that an error was made on the original plat filed for Allison Farm Subdivision, First Filing, and WHEREAS, said plat has been corrected and the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to authorize the Chairman of the Board to sign the amended plat. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Chairman of the Board be, and hereby is, authorized to sign the amended plat con- cerning Allison Farm Subdivision, First Filing. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of January, A.D. , 1981.
