Of Planning Services Subject: Legal Action Authorization COLORADO The Department of Planning Services staff has scheduled the following violations to be considered at the October 23, 2001 hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m.. The Department of Planning Services staff is requesting that the Board review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy the violations. Weld County Zoning Violation Cases: VI-0000109, Mr. Juan Rivera Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1, Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30 and 23-3-30.1 of the Weld County Code. Noncommercial Junkyard consisting of numerous derelict vehicles, wood, scrap metal, furniture and miscellaneous debris shall be removed or completely screened from all adjacent properties and the public right-of-way. VI-0100073, Mr. & Mrs. Lloyd Arden Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1, Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30 and 23-3-30.1 of the Weld County Code. Noncommercial Junkyard consisting of derelict vehicles, wood and miscellaneous debris shall be removed or completely screened from all adjacent properties and the public right-of-way. VI-0100205, Ms. Lupe Pedraza & Mr. Jesse Huerta Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1, Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30 and 23-3-30.1 of the Weld County Code. Noncommercial Junkyard consisting of derelict vehicles, wood, metal, iron and miscellaneous debris shall be removed or completely screened from all adjacent properties and the public right-of-way. Additionally, the derelict mobile home shall be repaired or removed. Additionally, the number of animal units shall be limited to 4 (four) and the number of dogs/cats shall be reduced to 4 (four) or a kennel permit shall be obtained through the Use by Special Review process.
