RE : GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 782 - JAMES H. ELIJAH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 14th day of September, 1983 , considered the request
of James H. Elijah to place a mobile home , to be used beyond six (6)
months for temporary storage, on the parcel of land, which is to be
occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the E1/2 SE4, Section 18 , Township 4 North,
Range 68 West of the 6th P . M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of James H.
Elijah for permission to place a mobile home, to be used beyond
six (6) months for temporary storage, on the above described parcel
of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County
Zoning Ordinance, Section 43 , be, and hereby is , granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of
September, A. D. , 1983.

The Department of Planning Services has not received any objections regarding
this application.
The first temporary storage permit (staff issued #591) was taken out on April
12, 1982. It expired on October 12, 1982. Over ten (10) months have lapsed
between this request and the expiration of the old permit.

I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the conditions of this Zoning
Permit which are as follows:
1. Only one zoning permit for temporary storage of a mobile home may
be issued per legal lot at any one time.
2. A zoning permit for temporary storage of a mobile home shall be for
a period of six months, and is renewable for one additional six-month
period only by grant of the Board of County Commissioners.
Further, I, the undersigned, meet the following conditions which are
required to be eligible for this permit.
1. The applicant must obtain a building permit for a mobile home and
must comply with all installation standards of the Weld County Building
Code applicable to mobile homes; provided, however,thver, at no t systems,iityhall
