Supporting infrastructure includes totally enclosed, climate-controlled buildings, manure conveyor system for manure removal and one existing accessory residence for employees. This proposal is for 260,100 pullets, modification of the existing buildings to house pullets instead of layers and adding 40 feet to the length of one building. 2. The facility supports commercial and industrial uses directly related to or dependent upon agriculture. Efforts to preserve productive agriculture land include the maintenance, enhancement and growth of a viable, profitable agricultural business.
