RE: APPROVE RECOMMENDATION OF APPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE SERVICES
PLANNING COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 19-2-1602.7 of House Bill 93-134 and by Resolution
dated July 7, 1993, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, together
with the Chief Judge of the Judicial District, agreed to create the Local Juvenile Services
Planning Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jerry Wommack be appointed to said
committee to replace Nancy Kroll and Wayne Maxwell to replace Dale Peterson as the North
Range Behavioral Health representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to recommend to the Chief Judge of the
Nineteenth Judicial District that Jerry Wommack be appointed to said committee to replace
Nancy Kroll and Wayne Maxwell to replace Dale Peterson as the North Range Behavioral
Health representative.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Jerry Wommack and Wayne Maxwell be, and hereby are,
recommended to the Chief Judge of the Judicial District for appointments to the Local Juvenile
Services Planning Committee.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 17th day of September, A.D., 2001.
