Home My WebLink About840046 RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE CONTINUANCE OF HEARING FOR CHANGE OF ZONE, A TO I-3 - PATTERSON' S PUMPING SERVICE, INC . A public hearing was conducted on May 16 , 1984, at 2:00 P.M. , with the following present: Commissioner Norman Carlson, Chairman Commissioner Jacqueline Johnson, Pro-Tem Commissioner Gene Brantner Commissioner Chuck Carlson, Excused Commissioner John Martin, Excused Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Mary Reiff Assistant County Attorney, Lee D. Morrison Planning Department Representative, Michael Mullen The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated March 28, 1984, and duly published in the LaSalle Taader on April 12, 1984, and May 3, 1984, a public hearing was conducted to consider the application of Patterson's Pumping Ser- vice, Inc. , for a Change of Zone from "A" (Agricultural) to "I-3" (Industrial Three) . Chairman N. Carlson explained that, since only three Commissioners were present, the applicant could request a continuance of this hearing until all Commissioners will' be present. Roland Froid, realtor repre- senting the applicant, came forward to ask that this hearing be continued. Mike Mullen, Planning Department representative, stated that the Planning Department had received a request that this be continued to May 30, 1984. Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney,read the application into the record. Commissioner Johnson moved that the Change of Zone hearing for Patterson's Pumping Service, Inc. , be continued to May 30, 1984, at 2:00 P.M. Commissioner Brantner seconded the motion- which carried unanimously.
