find a copy of the Notice of Public Hearing and description of the lands proposed for a new annexation and use by
special review. The lands for the proposed annexation and use by special review are located at the northwest
corner of Weld County roads 13 and 20.

TOWN OF FREDERICK
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given the Board of Trustees of the Town of Frederick, Colorado has
adopted Resolution 01-R-12 initiating annexation and zoning proceedings for the Clever
Annexation, being more particularly described in the following resolution. Zoning
requested is Light Industrial and Residential.
The Public Hearing will be held on March 22, 2001 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town of
Frederick Administration Building, 401 Locust St., Frederick, CO for the purpose of
determining whether the property proposed to be annexed meets the requirements of the
State of Colorado and is eligible for annexation to the Town of Frederick and to
determine the zoning of the proposed annexation.
Any interested citizen may attend to express opinion on the matter. Documentation is
on file in the Town of Frederick Administration Building and is available for inspection
during normal business hours.
