S5. The one access onto County Road 28 shall not require a culvert, but shall be built with a 50' radius. Said access road shall be graveled with 3/4" (washed) gravel 4" deep. O % 6. Construction shall begin within one year of approval by the Board of County Commissioners, or the 0 p Board of County Commissioners may take action to revoke this Special Use Permit. D ' 7.
