Mr. Chuck Carlson, Chairman
Weld County Board of County Commissioners
Weld County Department of Planning Services
915 10th Street-Room 342
Greeley, Co. 80631
Dear Mr. Carlson:
Over six months have past since a zoning permit for
a mobile home based on a medical hardship (case ZPMH-511)
was approved for Ben, Jr. and Betty A. Beierle. Since that
time and the installation of the trailer, I have never seen
the elderly woman who is proported to have a medical hardship
but a young family (man, woman and child) presumed children
of Ben and Betty Beierle, has been living in the trailer.
Usually three automobiles are parked in front of the mobile
home. There is adequate reason to believe the terms of the
permit are being exceeded. To maintain the credability of
temporary medical hardship mobile home zoning, I request
the Board investigate the situation and upon finding any
violation of occupancy revoke the permit. If the young
family can live in the trailer, they could also live at
another residence and care for the medical hardship.
Your attention to this matter and reply to this request
will be appreciated.
Sincerely,
2
Harvey S . Donoho
