PORTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF SPECIAL USE REVIEW PERMIT

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,

Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and }

WHEREAS, on the 9th day of February, 1983, the Board of _
County Commissioners heard the application of James McDonald,
P.O. Box 22, Firestone, Colorado 80520 , for Use by Special Review
to amend certain portions of Development Standards of the Use byrn
z .
Special Review Permit, and
WHEREAS, the Resolution of that date erroneously gave the
number of the Use by Special Review Permit as 433:80: 33, and - —
WHEREAS, the correct Use by Special Review Permit number 57
should be 443 : 80: 33 , and

WHEREAS, the application of James McDonald for Use by
Special Review Permit 443 : 80 : 33 is concerning the following
described real estate, to-wit:
Part of the E' W1 SWa, Section 25 , T2N,
R68 W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Co mksioners deems it ad-
visable to approve said correction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Use by Special
Review Permit number be, and hereby, is corrected to read as
443: 80 : 33.
