HomeMy WebLinkAbout20010649 RESOLUTION RE: GRANT REQUEST FROM ROBERT PARSONS TO PRE-ADVERTISE FINAL PLAT FOR FIVE-LOT MINOR SUBDIVISION, S #586 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Robert Parsons, 7517 East Highway 14, Fort Collins, Colorado 80524, for pre-advertisement of an application for a Final Plat for a five (5) lot Minor Subdivision, S #586, and WHEREAS, said property is described as Second Amended Recorded Exemption #2375; being part of the S1/2 of Section 8, Township 7 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, after study and review the Board deems it advisable to grant said request, with the hearing date to be set as April 11, 2001, at 10:00 a.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request from Robert Parsons for pre-advertisement of an application for a Final Plat for a five (5) lot Minor Subdivision, S #586, be, and hereby is, granted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the hearing date to consider said request be, and hereby is, set as April 11, 2001, at 10:00 a.m. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of March, A.D., 2001. I am finding this to be a necessity on my part due to financial reasons/needs . I am therefore hopeful that a hearing can be scheduled as soon as possible with the Weld County Commissioners following the scheduled meeting with the Weld County Planning Commission, currently set for April 3, 2001 .
