RE: GRANT REQUEST FROM ROBERT PARSONS TO PRE-ADVERTISE FINAL PLAT
FOR FIVE-LOT MINOR SUBDIVISION, S #586
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Robert Parsons, 7517 East
Highway 14, Fort Collins, Colorado 80524, for pre-advertisement of an application for a Final
Plat for a five (5) lot Minor Subdivision, S #586, and
WHEREAS, said property is described as Second Amended Recorded
Exemption #2375; being part of the S1/2 of Section 8, Township 7 North, Range 67 West of the
6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, after study and review the Board deems it advisable to grant said request,
with the hearing date to be set as April 11, 2001, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the request from Robert Parsons for pre-advertisement of an
application for a Final Plat for a five (5) lot Minor Subdivision, S #586, be, and hereby is,
granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the hearing date to consider said
request be, and hereby is, set as April 11, 2001, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 7th day of March, A.D., 2001.

SUBJECT: Early board hearing for S-586
Mr. Robert L. Parsons has requested an early Board of County Commissioners hearing for
financial reasons. S-586, a final plat for a 5-lot Minor Subdivision, is located north of and
adjacent to State Highway 14, '/z mile east of Weld County Road 15.
Planning Staff is requesting a hearing date of April 11, 2001.

Dear Sheri,
Per Our discussion regarding the third phase/final approval
process of the Skylark Ranch Minor Subdivision, I am enclosing a
check for $35 . 00 (thirty-five dollars) made out to Clerk to the
Board, requesting expedited processing of the final phase of
approval for Skylark Ranch Minor Subdivision.
I am finding this to be a necessity on my part due to financial
reasons/needs . I am therefore hopeful that a hearing can be
scheduled as soon as possible with the Weld County Commissioners
following the scheduled meeting with the Weld County Planning
Commission, currently set for April 3, 2001 .
