RE: APPROVE SALE OF LOT 8 , BLOCK 7 , FIRST ADDITION, TOWN OF
PIERCE, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, David W. Snyder submitted a bid to purchase certain
real property owned by Weld County, Colorado, said property being
more particularly described as follows:
Lot 8 , Block 7 , First Addition, Town of
Pierce, Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS , Mr. Snyder has offered an amount to be equal to the
road assessment and all accrued interest, said amount to be paid
in six monthly installments, and
WHEREAS, the Board, after review of this matter, deems it
advisable and in the best interest of Weld County to accept said
offer from Mr. Snyder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the offer of David W.
Snyder to purchase the hereinabove described parcel of land be,
and hereby is , approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that payments for said
property is to be made in six monthly installments with the deed
becoming effective when the parcel has been paid for in full.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 26th day of
November, A.D. , 1984 .
