Use by Special Review#1324 Mineral Rights of Property Dear Mr. Gathman: The Use by Special Review(#1324)Application for the Construction Materials Yard located at 2292 Weld County Road 27 requires the following correction in order to clarify the owner of mineral rights. The mineral rights for the property currently under consideration for the Use by Special Review (USR)will not be owned by Asphalt Specialties Company, Inc. as stated on page 9 of the USR Application. Mr. Laurence Hause will retain the mineral rights. Also, the oil and gas lease between Mr. Laurence Hause and H.L. Willett will continue and will not be transferred to Asphalt Specialties Company, Inc.
