RE: Special Use Permit #269 for a dog kennel
Dear Mr. Haley:
Recently, I had a phone conversation with your realtor regarding the sale
of your property. He inquired as to the feasibility of transferring Special
Use Permit #269 to another property owner if you did in fact sell the
property.
Attached is a copy of the Resolution for the Special Use Permit #269 which
clearly states that the dog population is not to exceed 40 in total number.
As I explained to your realtor, so long as you have not exceed the 40 dog
limit, and the buyer does not exceed that limit or try to expand beyond the
original plot plan which was incorporated as part of the Special Use Permit
#269, this Special Use Permit would remain in effect. However, if your
operation has changed in any manner beyond the conditions set forth in the
Special Use Permit and according to specifications on the plot plan, you are
in violation and in order to correct the same, you must apply for an
additional Special Use Permit for the expansion of your operation.
In selling the property, this could create considerable inconvenience for
you. Therefore, on or before March 4 , 1980 , please submit to me a break
down of the number of dogs located on your property as well as any expansion
to the plot plan. If an additional Special Use Permit needs to be obtained,
it would be to your advantage to do so now.
Thank you for your anticipated cooperation. Please allow me to help you if
questions arise.
Sincerely,
5&
