The term"CS"as used in this document is deemed to mean"Siemens Hicom 300 H Product"or"Siemens Hicom 300
E Communications Server Product".
The payment terms for this ICO are as follows: Siemens will invoice you the Purchase Price of this ICO, plus
all taxes and governmental fees and, if applicable,transportation charges,in accordance with the payment terms
set forth in the referenced Schedule A
The basic CS Software license charge set forth in this ICO is based on the"Wred For Ports"capacity referenced
therein. Any increase in the Wred For Ports capacity will require an additional licensing charge.
All Products under WorkPoint Communications on this Installation Change Order are considered Customer Set-Up
unless otherwise specified by Siemens.
This contract only includes support services during the warranty period of the Products sold hereunder inasmuch
as you have elected not to enter into an agreement with Siemens for Maintenance Support Services beyond the warranty
period.
