RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING MINOR SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAN FOR
SKYLARK RANCH, S#586 - ROBERT PARSONS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Minor Subdivision Final Plan for
Skylark Ranch, S#586, for Robert Parsons, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 11th day of April, 2001, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to allow additional time to
publish the legal notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
April 25, 2001, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 11th day of April, A.D., 2001.
