These rules stipulate that an operator must give an affected surface owner notice in writing at least thirty(30)days prior to drilling an oil and gas well. HS Resources, Inc. ("HSR") intends to begin operations to drill the above captioned oil and gas well upon approval of Title, receipt of required permits, as soon as possible, but prior to September, 2001. As the surface owner. it is your responsibility to notify the tenant farmer, if applicable,of this proposed operation. The COGCC's brochure for surface owners containing the rules pertaining to notice of oil and gas operations, reclamation and opportunities for consultation thereon, as well as, the rules of procedure for filing complaints and making applications for hearings is enclosed along with a HSR brochure.
