The division of interest set out by the examining attorney does not match the ownership provided by Amoco at the time of the sale from Amoco to HS Resources. Our records have been adjusted to reflect the interest as per the title instruments in the Weld County records. Enclosed in duplicate is an updated Division Order for the subject well. You will notice that the interest amounts have not been changed dramatically. Please review the Division Order and, if it meets with your approval, sign it before two witnesses.
