RE: APPROVE VACATION OF USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#787 - HAMILTON
FARMS, CIO ELIZABETH WILSON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated June 3, 1987, the Board did approve Use by Special
Review Permit#787 for an Agricultural Service Establishment (trucking business) in the A
(Agricultural) Zone District for Hamilton Farms on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Part of the NE1/4 of Section 33, Township 2 North,
Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Elizabeth Wilson, current property
owner, 6707 Weld County Road 19, Fort Lupton, Colorado 80621, to vacate said Use by
Special Review Permit#787, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and
statements of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of
the Department of Planning Services staff and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this
matter and, having been fully informed, deems it advisable to approve said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Special Review Permit#787 be, and hereby is, vacated.

SUBJECT: Vacation of USR-787
The Weld County Department of Planning Services required the vacation of USR-787 as a
condition of approval for Amended Recorded Exemption 2425. Mrs. Elizabeth Wilson has
submitted a written request to vacate USR-787. USR-787 was for a trucking business that is no
longer operating from the site.

Review Permit #787 for a trucking business be vacated. We have no knowledge o€oot
have we ever used such Permit since purchasing the property on January 4, 1996.
