RE: DESIGNATE JULIANNE F. HAEFELI THE HONORARY TITLE OF "TRUSTEE
EMERITUS"
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, for many years, Julianne F. Haefeli sat as an appointed member on the
Board of Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center, and
WHEREAS, Ms. Haefeli has been and continues to be an asset to Weld County and its
citizens, with more than 17 years of volunteer service to the community hospital, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to honor Ms. Haefeli's past and continued
volunteer service to the community hospital by designating her the honorary title of"Trustee
Emeritus;" such designation not conferring any membership or voting status on said Board of
Trustees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Julianne F. Haefeli be, and hereby is, designated the honorary title
of"Trustee Emeritus;" such designation not conferring any membership or voting status on said
Board of Trustees.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 6th day of August, A.D., 2003.
