HomeMy WebLinkAbout820444.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 573 - RICHARD AND MARY MACIAS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 31st day of March, 1982 , considered the request of Richard and Mary Macias for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as follows: Part of the SW; SEi, Section 6, T2N, R64W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Richard and Mary Macias for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that this approval is conditional upon applicant showing evidence of adequate sewage disposal and water facilities before any building permits can be issued.
