WELD COUNTY FINANCE CORPORATION
MEETING OF MAY 27,2003
CALL TO ORDER: Call to order by Donald D. Warden, President, 9:00A.M.
PRESENT: Donald D. Warden, President, Pat Persichino, Vice President, and _
Bruce Barker, Secretary
OLD BUSINESS: No old business was considered.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Don Warden explained that the COP for the Human Services Building had been paid
off, and Wells Fargo Bank (formerly Norwest Bank) was transferring the property back
to the Weld County Finance Corporation effective May 27, 2003. Therefore, the Weld
County Finance Corporation must now transfer the ownership back to the Weld County
Commissioners effective May 27, 2003. Bruce Barker made a motion to transfer the
property back to the Weld County Commissioners, and authorized the appropriate-
parties of the Weld County Finance Corporation to execute all the necessary documents
to accomplish the transfer. Pat Persichino seconded the motion. With no further
discussion the motion passed unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT: Adjourned by unanimous vote at 9:20 A.M.
