Dear Mr. Ogle,
This letter is in regards to the County's request for mineral right owners. We have exhausted every effort
we feel possible to attempt to locate the mineral owners. We requested the title company(Land Title)to
do research and they could only find mineral owners from 1981. We attempted to contact those gas
companies in Denver, but neither ono exists. We have contacted the county clerk as well as the
assessors office and we have also contacted the board of county commissioners. All of these attempts
were unsuccessful. We are willing to assume whatever amount of risk is involved at this point, because
we are at a loss as to what to do to locate any other mineral owners.
