WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, J Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board adopted a Resolution on June 26 , 1974 granting the request of Greeley Sand and Gravel Company, a Colorado Corporation, Greeley, Colorado, for a land use permit, gravel pit, and WHEREAS, in the abovementioned Resolution, the legal description was incorrectly described. On June 26, 1974, the then Board of County Commissioners approved a land use permit, gravel pit, for Greeley Sand and Gravel Co. On October 8, 1981, the Planning Staff recorded said resolution. Shortly thereafter a title company contacted us and stated there was a typographical error on said resolution. We discussed the matter with R. Russell Anson, assistant county attorney, and he asked us to type a corrected resolution for your consideration. Attached please find the corrected resolution. Thank you for your cooperation. Hello
