RE: APPOINTMENT OF MARTIN R. WEST TO THE WELD COUNTY HOUSING
AUTHORITY
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado , and
WHEREAS , a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County
Housing Authority, and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Martin R. West be
appointed to fill a term to begin April 5 , 1984 , and to expire
September 13, 1987 , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to ap-
point Martin R. West to the Weld County Housing Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Martin R. West be, and
hereby is , appointed to the Weld County Housing Authority for
a term to begin April 5 , 1984 , and to expire on September 13 ,
1987.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 9th day of
April, A.D. , 1984 .
