HomeMy WebLinkAbout820767.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL TO VACATE RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 297 - BRUCE MARRS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did approve Re- corded exemption No. 297 for Bruce Marrs, concerning property described as part of the NEa of Section 21 and part of the SW4 of Section 22, Township 1 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County Colorado, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: All of the N:O:rthwest one-quarter of Section 22, Township 1 North, Range 67 West of the 6th Prinicpal Meridian, Weld County, Colo- rado. Contains 160 acres more or less. Also: That part of the Northeast one-quarter one- quarter of Section 21, Township 1 North, Range 67 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado, described as: Beginning at the Northeast corner said Section 21; thence S00°00 ' 00"W on an assumed bearing along the East line said Northeast one-quarter a distance of 63. 00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing S00°00 ' 00"W along said East line a distance of 832. 06 feet; thence N62°07 ' 35"W a distance of 394. 86 feet; thence N05°44 ' 35"W a distance of 227 . 95 feet; thence N41°28 ' 35"E a distance of 561. 45 feet to the True Point of Beginning. Contains 4 . 41 acres more or less. WHEREAS, Bruce Marrs has requested that Recorded Exemption No. 297 be vacated for the purpose of applying for a new Recorded Exemption in order to provide more housing for the owners/operators and employees of the Marrs Milky Way Dairy, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the request to vacate Recorded Exemption No. 297 and pursuant to its authority under Section 30-28-101 (10) (d) , CRS 1973, as amended, deems it advisable to approve said request. 820767 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the hereinabove request to vacate Recorded Exemption No. 297 for Bruce Marrs be, and hereby is, approved. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of April, A.D. , 1982.
