RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY
PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Douglas Ochsner be appointed to said board
as the District 2 representative, to replace Fred Walker; Tim Tracy be appointed as the at-large
representative, to replace Bernard Ruesgen; John Hutson be reappointed and reassigned from
at-large representative to District 3, replacing Mike Miller; and Mike Miller be reappointed and
reassigned from District 3 to at-large representative, replacing John Hutson, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Douglas Ochsner, and Tim Tracy to
said board, with terms to expire July 31, 2006, and July 31, 2004, respectively, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint and reassign John Hutson and
Mike Miller, as above stated, with terms to expire July 31, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Douglas Ochsner, and Tim Tracy be, and hereby are, appointed to
the Weld County Planning Commission, with a term to expire July 31, 2006, and July 31, 2004,
respectively.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that John Hutson and Mike Miller be, and hereby are, reappointed and reassigned to
the Weld County Planning Commission, with terms to expire July 31, 2006.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
