Box 758 Greeley, CO 80632 Re: Supplemental Proposal for Additional Services Weld County I-25 Parallel Arterial Study Dear Mr. Howard: This proposal is being submitted as a summary of the additional meetings that were conducted by Felsburg Holt& Ullevig (FHU) and for the illustrations that were prepared by Frank Miltenberger Landscape Architect (FMLA). SCOPE OF WORK TASK 1 -SUPPLEMENTAL MEETINGS Felsburg Holt and Ullevig has attended several additional meetings for this project. As we discussed at the start of this project, these meetings would justify a contract amendment due to the actual number of meetings required for this project being unforeseen at the time of the original contract. The work hours listed with the meetings below includes preparing for the meeting, attending the meeting and follow up (including meeting minutes). One scenario was the proposed arterial as it crosses the St. Vrain River at Weld County Road 7 and the other scenario illustrated a residential development on one side of the arterial with a commercial development on the other side of the arterial. The draft illustrations were reviewed by the County, FHU and Colorado State Parks before they were colored for the public open houses. Coordination by FHU with FMLA was also included in this task. Budget for this Task: $2,921.50 $1,565 (Proposal from FMLA) $156.50 (10%Administration Cost) $1,200 (12 hours for Engineer IV/$120 for Reimbursable Materials) As detailed above, the estimated cost for the work is $15;401-50. / 4, o8!.SO • July 31, 2003 • Mr. Wayne Howard, P.E.
