The 2"d party being The Galeton Community Church"a legal tax exempt corporation, hereby agree to enter into the following agreement. As both parties are interested in trading the following two properties. The Galindo's whom own Lot 9 Block 18 of the first addition of the town of Zeta do wish to trade for Lot 15 and 16 Block 13 of the first addition town Zeta which is currently owned by The Galeton Community Church. Terms of the trade: 1. Both properties will be transferred free and clean of any encumbrances what so ever. 2. The closing cost or fees will be split 50-50 by both parties. 3. The water tap and sewer tap currently owned by the first party will remain their property to be transferred to Lot 15 and 16 Block 13. Expense to be paid the church. Electricity will also be brought to the property expense to be paid by the church. A. Soil compaction test to be provided to the first party on the lots the church owns expense to be paid by the church. 5. The first party is responsible for cleaning up and removal of all trash and debris items on lot 9 block 18. 6. The first party is responsible for obtaining a permit for the destruction of the home on lot 9 block 18 town of Zeta. 7. Subsequent permits on either lot will be the responsibility of the owner of each lot after closing. 8. As time is of the essences, both parties shall work together to make this trade complete as soon as possible. 9. If there are any environmental problems associated with either property involved, this agreement becomes null and void, subject to renegotiation by both parties. 10.
